Stitch a Pic patterns are priced according to the number of stitches in any design. You also have the option of purchasing just the pattern on its own, or the pattern along with the fabric and all threads necessary to complete your project.

To decide what size of project you require, first download and print a copy of the Stitch a Pic form by clicking here. It will help you decide how your original should be cropped and gives guidelines to help you decide the size.

remembering to include your name, postal address, telephone number and instructions in the email.

On receipt we will process your original to produce a provisional proof of your design which we will send to you. We will then discuss the job with you by telephone to make sure that what we offer is what you want. At that time, we will also be able to confirm the total cost of the pattern. Up to this point, you are under no obligation.

We price our designs according to the number of stitches. To get the price for any design, read down the first column to find the row which matches the size of design you want. Then read across. Column 2 shows the price for the chart only; column 3 the price for the chart along with all fabric and threads necessary to complete the design.
