We attempt to get all orders dispatched the day they are received. Of course, this depends on the time the order is received; a large order received at 4.30pm has little chance of catching the last post at 5pm - but we will try. At Cross Stitch Workshop, we try to give our customers the best deal possible - which means that we always try not to charge for postage. Here’s the deal - * UK customers - For orders of £20.00 or more, there is no carriage charge. For orders less than £20.00, please add £1.00. Delivery is by First Class post. * EEC customers - For orders of £30.00 or more, there is no carriage charge. For orders less than £30.00, please add £3.00. Delivery is by Air Mail. * All other countries - For orders of £50.00 or more, there is no carriage charge. For orders less than £50.00, please add £5.00. Delivery is by Air Mail.
